Retainers are set with a minimum commitment of 3–6 months, providing sufficient time to build momentum, optimize campaigns, and generate meaningful results. From the very beginning, you’ll know the investment required to drive patient acquisition and ROI. Each tier is outlined with clear ranges, so you can see exactly what to expect, with no hidden fees and no vague promises.
At the same time, we recognize that every practice is unique. Certain specialized work streams, such as complex website development, advanced analytics builds, or highly tailored campaigns, may fall outside of foundational pricing. When those situations arise, we scope them openly and separately so you’re always in control of your budget.
